A two-storey house with walls partly timber-framed and partly of rubble and cob, and with a thatched roof. Once three tenements but now modified into a single dwelling. The original building is in the centre of the present range, and was built in the late 16th century. The tenement on the south-west was built in the early 18th century, and the north-east tenement around 1860. Part of the original timber-frame construction can be seen in the north-west elevation, with two storeys of large squared oak members joined by pegs.
