Full Description
A bowl barrow on Loscombe Hill immediately to the east of the earthworks (ST 60 SW 10), 37 feet in diameter and 1 1/2 feet high with traces of a ditch. <1>
ST 62380029 A turf-covered ditched bowl barrow situated below the crest on a steep NE facing slope. Diameter 12.0m; height 0.5m on SW, 1.2m on NE; flat topped with a central depression. A ditch 2.0m wide and 0.2m deep is on the W side. Two low mounds, not barrows but possibly spoil heaps, lie 12.0m to the W and SW. Tumulus surveyed at 1:2500. <2>
