'(25) Earthworks, on the N. slope of Eype down ¾ m. S.W. of the church, consist of a series of banks and ditches following roughly the 300 ft. contour and some 200 ft. below the summit. The whole system was no doubt produced, over a long period, by a series of alternative trackways on the hillside.'
