Summary
Single house, former farmhouse, built in the 17th century with later re-modelling. The building has walls of coursed rubble-stone, and a thatched roof hipped at both ends.

Full Description
'The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of the 17th century; the walls are of stone and the roofs are thatched. Some of the buildings have exposed ceiling-beams and original fireplaces. … (13) Roadstead Farm, house 10 yards S. of (12), was built probably early in the 16th century. The middle room has an open timbered ceiling with original moulded beams. {1}
