Summary
Detached House. Mid-late C18. Red brick walls in Flemish bond, with a plastered plat-band, painted white, brick dentil cornice. Hipped clay-tile roof with stone slate eaves.

Full Description
(Area SY 631994) East House, built in the mid-late 18th century is situated 210 yards north-east of St Nicholas's Church (SY 69 NW 46), on the west side of the road. The brick-built house is of two storeys with basements and attics and has a square plan and pyramidal roof. The main east front is symmetrically designed; the central doorway has a semicircular fanlight, side pilasters and cornice, and over it is a Venetian window with keystone. The north front has dummy windows and the south is partly concealed by a later addition.<1>
East House (name confirmed from name plate) at SY 63149942 is as described above. <3>
