Summary
Detached cottage. Late C18, with C20 renovation and refenestration. Red brick walls in Flemish bond on a rubble stone base. Thatch roof, with gable end at left hand and hipped at right hand.

Full Description
'The following monuments unless otherwise described are of one storey and attics or two storeys, with walls of cob or stone and thatched roofs, and of the late 18th or early 19th century...(13) Cottage (205 yds. N.N.E.), on E. side of road, has been largely refaced in brick and the N. end wall rebuilt on the demolition of an adjoining cottage.’ [1]
