Summary
Parish Church built in 1892-94. By Bodley and Garner. Completed 1911 by G. G. Hare except for projected SW tower, which remains unexecuted. Brick core faced with limestone ashlar and plain-tile roofs. Late Gothic, broadly Decorated style.

Church of St. Aldhelm, Grade 2*. Built about 1892-4 by Bodley and Garner in Decorated style; the west end was completed in 1911 by C.G. Hare. (Not listed by RCHM). <2-3>
