Summary
A detached lodge built in the middle of the nineteenth century. The building has rubble stone walls with brick detailing, and a tiled roof. There is a twentieth-century extension at the rear, with stone and weatherboard walls.

Full Description
'Detached Lodge. Mid C19. Rubble stone walls, with brick dressings. Pyramidal tile roof. Brick stack on West wall, C19, with added C20 stack. Front elevation. 2 plank doors, side by side, with clay tile canopy carried on wooden struts. Two coupled round-headed windows over, with burnt headers for dressings. Cast-iron windows, with elongated hexagons and squares for glazing-bars. North elevation has similar coupled windows, 2 windows wide, with blind roundels over the ground floor. C20 extension to house at rear with stone walls and weatherboarded first floor.'
