An outbuilding incorporating stables, workshop and tack room, and built in the mid nineteenth century. The building has walls of banded flint and stone, and a corrugated iron roof, with a brick chimney stack.

'Stables. Workshop and Tack Room, in one range. Mid C19. Banded flint and stone walls, with stone quoins. Corrugated iron roof, with small brick stack at centre. Ground floor with substantial lofts over 4 windows, 2- and 3-light cast-iron casements, C19. 2 plank doors, to stables and workshop. Plank loft doors over. Stables have rough cobble flooring, and 4 stable-partitions, C19.'
