Summary
Warehouse of two storeys with walls of coursed rubble, is of 15th or early 16th century date. It has in the centre of the west wall a doorway with chamfered stone jambs and springing for a pointed arch of which the upper part has been rebuilt. The first floor is supported by chamfered beams. The window openings are modern.

Demolished after 1970 (1)
Rescue excavations on the Old Orchard Car Park by Poole Museum in 1973 revealed traces of the footings of this building. They were constructed of coarsely dressed chalk and limestone rubble. (2)
