Summary
Cottage built in 1724 as one of a pair of which the north cottage has been demolished; their numerals 24 appear in glazed headers in the front wall. The brickwork of the front wall is in Flemish bond, the south west gable wall is rendered and has a parapet with a moulded brick coping and corbelled kneeler.
