Full Description

Traces of medieval activity were uncovered during salvage excavations by Poole Museum on the Old Orchard Car Park site in 1973. The evidence comprised a large pit or ditch (only partially exposed) of medieval date, which cut another medieval pit, and several postholes. (1)
