Full Description

Regency-type stucco villa, similar to No 62, probably as late as circa 1870. 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows wide, central window being a 2-storey bow with a tripartite window on each floor, decorative iron railing to ground floor window, also balconies to flanking windows. Thin couplied pilasters as mullions, supporting console brackets to dentil cornice over ground floor of bow and to main dentil cornice of house. Doorway in recessed side projection also with dentil cornice. Round-arched gabled dormers, one with chimney over. Later flat-topped dormer over bow.
