A post medieval or modern trackway is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 on Studland Heath. The trackway is visible as a series of ditches, extending from north west to south east for a distance of 900 m. (1) The feature runs parallel to a modern trackway, but is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
