A possible post medieval field boundary is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1947 extending from St Andrew's Hill to the south east on Brownsea Island. The boundary is visible as an angled bank, extending approximately from north west to south east for a distance of 207 m. (1) This site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project and the site is now partially underwater. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
