Two small areas of post medieval or modern drainage are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1947 to the south of St Andrew's Hill and to the north of Church Hill, Brownsea Island. The two areas are located to the west and south of an extant area of drainage. The area to the west measures 40 m by 23 m and the area to the south measures 32 m by 14 m, with drains oriented north-south. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
