A possible early modern wreck site, which may be Second World War in date, is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1951 to the west of South Haven Point. The wreck measures 25 m in length by up to 10 m in width. (1) The site is not visible on modern maps or the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) A second wreck is located adjacent to the east of the site (see MDO28754). This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
