A circular feature, approximately 4.8m in diameter, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of Arne Heath taken in 2010 (1). It is considered likely to be the remains of a bomb crater associated with Second World War activities in this area. It was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
