Full Description

Three lines of Second World War anti tank cubes are visible as structures on aerial photographs of 1945 at the northern end of the Double Dykes. The lines of cubes are aligned south west-north east and measure up to 25 m in length. The anti tank cubes are probably associated with the defences around the Chain Home radar site (see MD28870) in this area. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
