A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs in fields to the east of Middlebere Farm (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of drainage ditches or cultivation marks of probable modern date. These features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
