A group of dispersed linear features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of Rempstone Heath (1-2). They are considered likely to be the remains of trackways and drainage ditches of probable historic date. These features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset). They are not visible on the most recent comprehensive imagery available to the project (3), this area now being under forestry plantation.
