Two possible Second World War bomb craters or fox holes are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 to the west of the Glebeland Estate, Studland. The fox holes or craters are sub-oval in shape and measure approximately 1 m by 5 m. They are surrounded by banks of spoil. (1) The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
