A dispersed area of Second World War bomb craters is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 to the north of Greenlands Farm, Studland. The craters are sub-circular and measure approximately 7 m in diameter. They are visible over an area measuring 200 m by 230 m. (1) The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
