Medieval or post medieval system strip lynchets are visible on recent lidar imagery to the west of Tilly Whim Caves, Durlston. The earthworks consist of an area of curving ridges oriented approximately east-west, visible over an area measuring 175 m by 105 m. (1-2) This site was digitally plotted during the South west Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
