Three small buildings enclosed by protective barbed wire fencing are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1945. They are considered to be military structures possibly a gun emplacement or look-out. One of the buildings is still extant on Google Earth photographs dating to 2009.

Three small buildings enclosed by protective barbed wire fencing are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1945 (1). They are considered to be military structures dating to the Second World War; possibly a gun emplacement or look-out. One of the buildings is still extant on Google Earth photographs dating to 2009 (2). The features were digitally mapped as part of the the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
