Monument record MDO2925 - Prehistoric settlement on Frome Hill, West Stafford

Summary
A large pit and other features, interpreted as probable structures, were recorded during observations of construction of the West Stafford By-pass. Excavation of the pit produced a large quantity of Middle Bronze Age pottery associated with animal bones and a piece of copper alloy slag.
