A single circular hollow, 19m across, is visible as earthworks on lidar to the south of the stone quarry at Spyway Barn (MDO29242). The feature is possibly a post medieval extractive pit or bomb crater dating to the Second World War. (1-2) . The site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
