A circular mound is visible as an earthwork on Lidar images of The Warren, situated on the eastern side of the parish boundary between Chaldon Herring and West Lulworth. It is considered possible this could be the remains of a late prehistoric round barrow. It is one of two similar mounds located adjacent to one another (see also MDO8239).
