A rectangular structure is visible on aerial photographs of the cliff edge at Charnel, Kimmeridge Bay (1). It is considered possible this could be the remains of a Second World War pillbox. This feature was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
