A low earthwork mound, 8m across, is visible under snow on aerial photographs taken in 1963. The feature is of uncertain date and is potentially the site of a Bronze Age round barrow or post medieval spoil heap. The site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
