Full Description
The possible site of a Second World War type 26 pillbox visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs taken in 1942 of Seaton Beach, Chideock. The square structure is approximately 3m across and lies immediately to the north (inland) of the line of anti-tank blocks described in MDO29568. (1) The site was digitally plotted dueing the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
