Parallel ridges are visible as low earthworks on lidar in the vicinity of the Bronze Age round barrow described in MDO8420. They are potentially the remains of medieval ridge and furrow although a later origin cannot be ruled out. (1-2). The site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
