The site of a two structures or building plaftorms are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1948 at Hive Beach Burton Bradstock (1). The features include a circular structure 10m across and a rectangular structure (10m by 5m). The features may be temprary structures associated with the Second World War beach defences. The features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
