Full Description
An area of possible early modern drainage is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1945 to the west of Grove Farm, Portland. The drains are visible as linear ditches, oriented south west-north east and covering an area measuring approximately 105 m by 65 m. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
