Full Description

A banked field boundary of probable post medieval origin is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in 1927 to the west of Furzedown Farm, Fleet (1). The bank runs for 58m north west then turns through 90 degrees and runs 62m south west. The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project (2/3). This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
