Summary

A flint side scraper found in 1985 by a visitor to the deserted medieval village. A concentration of similar material - flint tools and flint working waste of early to middle Bronze Age date – was found in an adjacent field during fieldwalking in 1978-9 by students of the Dorset Institute of Higher Education.
