A group of possible Second World War military buildings are visible as structures on aerial photographs of the 1940s adjacent to a barbed wire enclosure (see MDO29773), to the west of of a Royal Navy fuel store (see MDO19665), Castletown. The site consists of two groups of small buildings, a group of four and a group of two. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
