Full Description

A group of trackways are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of Bloxworth Heath (1-4). They are considered likely to be historic in date. A possible plough-levelled mound (MDO30101) is located adjacent to these trackways, suggesting that an earlier prehistoric origin for these features cannot be ruled out either. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
