Full Description

The strip lynchets remain as described by R C H M (1), in permanent pasture. Area outlined on 1/10560 record sheet. <2> Remains of terraced fields, probably the open fields of Winterborne Farringdon, visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and LIDAR. <3-8>. The site was digitally plotted during the South Dorset Ridgeway Mapping Project.
