A mound is visible as an earthwork on 1947 RAF aerial photographs of Bloxworth Heath, located directly west of Woolsbarrow Iron Age hillfort (MDO7215). It is marked as a tumulus on the 1st Edition OS Map and it is possible this could be the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow.
