Summary
A circular mound surrounded by an outer ditch is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of Trigon Hill taken in 1956. It is possible this could be the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow. It is not visible recent comprehensive aerial imagery, having since been destroyed by a modern clay pit.

Full Description
A circular mound, approximately 19.8m in diameter, surrounded by an outer ditch around 1m wide, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of Trigon Hill taken in 1956 (1). It is possible this could be the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow. This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. It is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project, having since been destroyed by a modern clay pit.
