Summary
A group of trackways are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of fields to the north-east of Stokeford Farm. It is possible they could be associated with late prehistoric activity in this area. Alternatively they may have a historic origin. Several possible pit features (MDO30214-15) located within these fields may be associated with these trackways or have a natural, geological origin.

Full Description
A group of trackways are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of fields to the north-east of Stokeford Farm (1-3). It is possible they could be associated with late prehistoric activity in this area. Alternatively they may have a historic origin. Several possible pit features (MDO30214-15) located within these fields may be associated with these trackways or have a natural, geological origin. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
