A group of linear banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of Worgret Heath, Arne. They are positioned perpendicular to a probable late prehistoric defensive earthwork (MWX3794) and may be associated with it. Alternatively they could be associated with later historic extractive activities or modern military operations.

Full Description
A group of linear banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of Worgret Heath, Arne (1-3). They are positioned perpendicular to a probable late prehistoric defensive earthwork (MWX3794) and may be associated with it. Alternatively they could be associated with later historic extractive activities or modern military operations. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
