A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as cropmarks on Lidar imagery of a field just to the east of Dorset Wood, Wool (1). They appear to respect the modern field pattern and are considered likely to be the remains of historic cultivation marks or trackways. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
