Summary
A rectilinear series of ditched field boundaries with associated parallel cultivation marks are visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947. The features are considered to be the remains of a medieval field system. They lie on the site of MDO8320 previously listed as House Platforms and are presumably associated although no sign of house platforms were identified.

Full Description
A rectilinear series of ditched field boundaries with associated parallel cultivation marks are visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 (1). The features are considered to be the remains of a medieval field system. They lie on the site of MDO8320 previously listed as House Platforms and are presumably associated although no sign of house platforms were identified. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. There is no sign of the features on the latest Google Earth imagery (2)
