The Moors is the name given to an extensive drainage system of post medieval date lying to the west of East Burton, Wool. The system is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 (1), it is still extant (2). The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
