A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs, located just to the south-east of Home Farm, Wareham St Martin (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of post medieval drainage ditches. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project. They are not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial images available to the project, this area now being under modern plantation.
