A small built structure (5m across) is visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs taken in 1945 at Primrose Hill. (1-2). The feature is possibly the site of a post medieval lime kiln. It has since been levelled and is no longer visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
