A group of parallel linear ditches are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of fields to the south-west of Sandford, Wareham Town (1). They are considered likey to be the remains of post medieval drainage ditches. These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
