Full Description
An area of trackways, which may be post medieval or early modern in date, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1946 to the north west of Ulwell. The trackways are formed of curvilinear ditches predominantly oriented north west-south east and visible over an area measuring approximately 870 m by 320 m. (1) The trackways appear to overlie an earlier field system (see MDO7946). These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
